[Lab] KAU selected in BK21 FOUR program

Smart Drone Convergence Education Center, Korea Aerospace University, was awarded the BK21 FOUR (Brain Korea 21 Fostering Outstanding Universities for Research) program by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea (August 13, 2020).

Brain Korea 21, commonly known as BK21, is a representative training program initiated by the Ministry of Education and offers scholarships and research expenses to graduate students. BK21 FOUR is the fourth phase of the program (2020-2027), and the government is planning to spend about 408 billion KRW per year to nurture outstanding graduate researchers. KAU Smart Drone Convergence Education Center was selected in New Industries and Convergence sectors, and a total of 205 research teams were selected in this sector from the whole academic area across the country (as of January 2021).

Prof. Yoon and SHML are participating in this program, and graduate students will be able to get support in stipend, travel expenses, research activities, etc. Please contact Prof. Yoon for detailed benefits and do not miss the fantastic opportunity!
